Final storyboard tweaks
Pavo wave change.
Instead of zooming out of Pavo in the ocean, the shots have now been changed around. Pavo looks up at the wave about to crash, then we swap to the waves perspective as its shadow looms over Pavo, we then have the camera zoom into Pavo's position as if the viewer is the wave crashing down on him.
One solution I came up with was Pavo from behind so that he would both point right and leave and still be on the left of the scene so it would flow into the next shot better, however the shot was a bit weird and Betty's reaction was in 2 shots in a row and it didnt really work too well so we went back to the old shot instead Instead of zooming out of Pavo in the ocean, the shots have now been changed around. Because we thought it would be better for pavo to put the napkin on earlier in the animatic I had to work around that scene in my one and have pavo wearing the napkin in all the previous shots where he didnt have it.
Another change that was decided was to have pavo looking around the restaurant before he eats the fish finger so the shot after the crumb drops would make a bit more sense.
The shot of the restaurant also felt a bit too close in, so I ended up redrawing it zoomed further out, with more characters to add to the crowding affect.
Once this was done I duplicated the shot and changed all of the restaurant goers from happy to confused and looking directly at Pavo and the viewer. I think adding more people definitely gives the shot that being watched feeling and I think it improves the sequence quite a lot.
Another slightly smaller change was reverting pavo back to picking up the fish finger straight on, and removing the panel of him front on just as He's about to eat as it streamlines better going from the restaurant right to the mouth close up.
