Mitigating threats for Think and Create

How we will mitigate Threats/Weaknesses and capitalise on opportunities:

Evaluation
-Less papers pending, more time to focus on think and create.
-Reminding subcommittees to post meeting notes.
-Don't get COVID.
-Make the wall appealing and fun for guests to leave feedback.
-Communicate well with the other subcommittees to make a useful event Evaluation.
-Ensure the Evaluation will be off use to the students tasked with planning Think and Create 2021.

AV
-AV and installation working closer together to make sure all jobs are covered. this will be useful as install has a larger team so have more opportunities to help out.
-Computer issue potentially solved if students don't mind volunteering their computers for the night.

Installation
-More posters can be put up to help in the advertising front 
-Detailed notes from meetings useful if people forget certain things discusse4d in meetings or tasks allocated.

Awards
-Communication with sponsors and creating backup plans for prizes that might fall through
-Flexibility in prizes and compromising on items they will be willing to donate. 

Catering
-documenting progress so everyone is aware of the current situation
-Willing team of people to prep food for the night
-Enough freezer space for food
-Communicating with sponsors now / organizing the food order

Marketing 
-More posts now on social media, more students sending in /finishing trailers and posters.
-asking committee members opinions on designs or posts before posting for subjectivity reasons.

Sponsorship
-New leadership
-Letters have been finished and sent out
-Course fees sponsored by SIT connections
