Committees can be useful for many things, including:
- having a manageable number of people
-No double ups on tasks
-keeps pre-production on track
-Shares the load
-Easier to communicate among peers.


meetings should happen around 1-2 times a week, and all members should attend for information and progress is all current and accurate. members should be fully aware of their responsibilities. Communication is one of the most important aspects of participating in a committee. Supporting others is also important. being accountable for the sake of sponsors, attendants and participants of the event.

Being in a committee can give many important skills such as time management, communication, teamwork and responsibility. Committees can have its pros and cons 

Some effective parts of committees include

-arguing without resolution
