Tote bag progress

Because I managed to buy everything I needed to hand paint a tote bag before lockdown I decided to make use of my time and complete what I could while self isolating.
First I used a Reference image of the digital version and sketched this onto the totebag before I started laying down flat colours.
Once I had done the flats I needed to wait for the paint to dry before I could add the lineart. while it didnt come up on camera bits of white canvas were showing through so I had to repaint a few areas 2 or 3 times.
The first pass of linework was a little messy as getting a clean line was hard with a rougher fabric, so I waited a bit before going back over everything and cleaning the lines. I also wanted the puddle to be slightly cooler so I ended up repainting it so it would look similar to the printed version.

The stickers I ordered through Vistaprint also arriuved, however I messed up the order so now they are about 1/4 as big as I was expecting. I'm going to try look into other options and if worse comes to worse I know redbubble is reliable and can ship fast, and I know what size the stickers will be, however I probably won't have enough funds to give away a lot like I was planning, but with the exhibition up in the  air I'm not sure how feasible that would be anymore

but even at quarter size I still think they look pretty cute. I don't want to waste them so I cut out a handful and put them on the back of my Nintendo switch :)

(For reference the loud cloud sticker is one I got from redbubble and was around the size I wanted my stickers to come out as.)
