Digital painting practice
I decided to practice a bit of digital paintings for landscapes. I was inspired to practice by some photographs from the website Abandoned Kansai. I did the TV as a quick warmup and wanted to focus on studying all the different tones and values that go into digital painting
After I had finished the TV painting I wanted to challenge myself a little bit with a more complex landscape and eventually settled with the picture below. I'm really happy with how it turned out and I feel like my skills have improved a lot since I first started focusing more on backgrounds and a concept art type style for paintings. I hope to keep practice up more regularly, and maybe challenge myself with an outside scene next time.
