Learning Approaches

My group presented a slideshow on Heuristic learning approaches, which I feel personally kind of fits the way I do research, or how my research process is started. I find myself much more motivated to work on projects which I have some form of prior knowledge into or have researched in my own personal time. I also feel much more dedicated and willing to work on projects of this nature.

I also think I have a documentation style of research, but leaning more towards a visual style. When documenting my work I prefer to use graphics and illustrations to help demonstrate a point, and I feel I retain information a lot better in visual and hands on formats/ learning kinetically.I find it useful to look on past work for ideas or influence, or to see what progress I have made since then. For art I like keeping sketchbooks that document my progress over a course of years.
