Today I created the refined sketch for another 2 pages of my comic. This included adding in more details and proportions so the comic will be ready to be inked with clean lines. I also put in more thought into background detials, composition and poses to make reading the comic clearer.
Originally I wasnt too happy with the first design I did of the cat, so I redrew it to match the look of the other drawings a bit better I also went back and added in more character to the little girl as in the rough sketch in this panel she was only drawn as a basic pose with some facial features. Now she will be ready to be inked when I get to that step in the process
I made a start on the fourth page of the comic and created the outlines for the border using the line and shape tool. I still need to decide what exact dialogue and text my comic will have, but I feel I'm mostly going to let the pictures tell the story as much as possible.
