For the cover of my comic I wanted it to relate to the setting of the story without giving too much away. Looking at the covers of various other comics, I found that the central character was usually the focal point of the comic cover, with some background elements and settings used to fill the back of the page. I ended up trying to come up with a cover that followed these conventions. Because its also fantasy based, I decided to make the colours of the trees a little brighter and unnatural, as well as to add some contrast for Dream Warriors hair and the blue sky in the background.
