Think and Create Presentation and feedback

I presented my topic proposal in class today and got a lot of feedback about how I seem to have a good direction of where I need to go with my work. I received some suggestions to check out several Subreddits like r/imaginaryworlds, r/imaginarydreamscapes as they pool concept art from various sites that I have been using such as artstation, as well as some others like deviantart.

Another resource I was recommended was concept art for the video game "the last of us" as it also takes place in a cityscape and could be good inspiration. I might also look at some concept art for Overwatch as they have many levels that take place within a city and I have the Overwatch art book at home, which will make a very handy reference.

For the animatics I heard that around 30 seconds for each would be enough time to showcase each setting. I think when I present it at the think and create showcase it will be displayed one after the other, as well as a title sequence and credits as this will give it a polished and completed feel to it.

One video I did use in my digital project was this tutorial, which also came with an extensive brush pack. I ended up using a few of these in my digital work but I would like to be able to really get into different applications for these.

I created a basic storyboard outline for the motion that I want to capture within my cityscape
which I based off of an initial value sketch drawing using concept art brushes

The end result is pretty rough at the moment but I feel like it effectively captures what I want to do. I also plan on doing something like this for my nature setting, however I want to get some sketches done first so I have a better idea of what I want to put within my environment.
