Comic book Adaptions
After reading through several of the sources I've found I've decided to change my Literature review topic from Narratology and story arc into instead Narratology relating to adapted works, and focus in on the different narrative styles between comic books and Hollywood films, as well as any considerations or challenges related to creating an adaption from comic books or graphic novels.
I've found that using the Ebook central has been really helpful as its very easy to annotate and note good quotes to use for the literature review. The search tool is also quite useful to use keywords so I haven't had to read a huge amount of text just to get a small quote or piece of information. I've also found since slightly changing my topic I've started to find a lot more information on storytelling and narratology opposed to just the financial success of the MCU that I seemed to be getting mostly before.
Currently Ive just been reading though sources to see if the information is relevant. A few that Ive read through havent had that much relevant information so I dont have as many sources as I would want, but between E-book Central and the databases I should hopefully have enough.
