Out of the Blue
Out of The Blue is a 2006 New Zealand film directed by Robert Sarkies. The film was about the Aramoana Massacre that occurred in the Otago township in the year 1990. David Gray, a resident of the town, killed 13 between the 13th and 14th of November. Some members of the public wished for the film to have a higher classification rating due to the upsetting content and the fact that it was a New Zealand film featuring a New Zealand tragedy. However, the classification Office doesn't have criteria for differently classifying New Zealand films. It was released with a R15 rating. The Chief Censor at the time of the movies release and review was Bill Hastings.
