Dream Warrior: Colour schemes and final art style.

Using the initial sketches of Deedees costumes, I decided to mess around with certain colour schemes for the characters different outfits.

I definitely like the more purple/blue focused colour palettes, and one sketch where I added accents of orange seemed to really appeal to me. The design of the clothing itself I also wanted to narrow down into 1 Warrior outfit, 1 Sleepwear outfit and 1 everyday wear. In the end I decided to go with Warrior Design 2, Sleepwear design 2 with the slippers from design 1, and the everyday wear design 1. I like these designs because I find they're all fairly simplistic to draw, making it easier for me to animate, but still interesting to look at, and distinct from other characters or shows.

These were the final colour schemes that I decided to go with for Deedees character design.
